Edrice Femi Bam Adebayo (born July 18, 1997) is an American professional basketball player for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Adebayo played college basketball for the Kentucky Wildcats before being drafted by the Heat with the 14th overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft.
Adebayo has established himself as a key contributor for the Heat, earning All-NBA Defensive Second Team honors in 2019 and 2020. He is a versatile player who can defend multiple positions and contribute on the offensive end, averaging double-doubles in several seasons.
In the 2022-23 season, Adebayo is averaging 21.3 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 6.3 assists per game. He has helped lead the Heat to a top-three record in the Eastern Conference.
